Description

Arrogant Blue 110 – Introduction
Bucephalandra Arrogant Blue 110 comes directly from the wild river systems of Borneo. Numbered and traceable, this single intact specimen carries the density and character that only years of natural growth can produce. No tissue culture. No farm-grown cutting. Just a genuine wild plant, built by fast-moving water over bare rock.
The leaves are oval to elongated, smooth to lightly wavy along each edge, sitting at natural angles along long rhizome runners that extend outward from a dense central root mat. Two distinct color worlds exist on this single connected structure. The left head reads bright to mid green — fresh, composed, and clean. The right head shifts into something altogether different. Deep blue-purple iridescence covers the leaf surface completely, catching aquarium light and returning it as something closer to gemstone than plant. That color does not appear in most Bucephalandra varieties. In Arrogant Blue it defines the entire identity of the plant.
