Purchase Policy

  • The minimum order value is USD 180.
  • All orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.
  • Orders must be placed at least 2 days before shipment (applicable to shipment batches only).

Wholesale Discount Policy

  • 20% discount for minimum purchase of USD 1,000
  • 30% discount for minimum purchase of USD 3,000
  • 40% discount for minimum purchase of USD 6,000
  • 60% discount for purchases up to USD 10,000

Important Notes:

    • Discounts apply only to Bucephalandra, Cryptocoryne, and Jungle Plants.
    • Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with any sale or promotional discounts.

International Shipping & Export Documents

  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and calculated based on destination, weight, and volume.
  • Phytosanitary Certificate and complete export documents are provided free of charge.
  • Export permit processing time is approximately 7–14 business days after order confirmation.

Stock Availability

  • Requests for specific or rare plants are welcome, subject to availability.

Death on Arrival (DOA) & Export Document Claim Policy

  • All DOA or document-related claims must be supported by clear photos or videos taken immediately after opening the package or receiving official notice from customs.
  • Claim deadlines:
    • Bucephalandra & aquatic plants: within 2 days after arrival
    • Jungle plants: within 1 day after arrival

A. Death on Arrival (DOA)

  • DOA refers to plants arriving dead upon delivery.
  • DOA is not eligible for a cash refund.
  • Approved DOA claims will be replaced in the next shipment.
  • All shipping costs for replacement items are borne by the buyer.

B. Export Document Issues – Buyer Side

  • If shipment problems occur due to buyer-side export or import document issues, including missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents required by the destination country:
    • No refund will be issued.
    • The seller will provide a 30% replacement value of the affected items, applicable to the next shipment only.
    • Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

C. Export Document Issues – Seller Side

  • If shipment problems are proven to be caused by errors in export documents prepared by the seller:
    • A refund will be issued for the affected items.
    • Refund applies only to items directly impacted by the documentation error, not the total order.

D. General Conditions

  • Replacement value cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.
  • Replacement applies only to affected items, not the entire order.
  • Claims resulting from misuse, improper handling, buyer-side delays, or force majeure will not be approved.

1. Standard Export Box Sizes

Available standard box sizes (Length × Width × Height, in cm):

  • Size 75: 74 × 41 × 33
  • Size 55: 52 × 37 × 32
  • Size 30: 30 × 29 × 31
  • Size 25: 33 × 24 × 23
  • Size 20: 39 × 26 × 16

Notes:

  • Box size selection depends on plant type, quantity, and shipping method.
  • Buyers may request an estimate of how many plants fit per box after order details are submitted.

2. International Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Time

  • EMS: 5–20 business days
  • DHL Express: 3–10 business days
  • Air Freight Cargo: 1–2 days
  • Sea Freight: 30–45 days

Shipping costs are calculated upon request based on destination, weight, and volume.

3. Batch Shipment Services (EU & US)

We provide batch shipping solutions for buyers who do not have an import permit or customs broker.

EU Batch Shipment

  • Drop point: Czech Republic
  • Local redistribution handled after arrival.

US Batch Shipment

  • Customs clearance port: Miami
  • Domestic distribution from Illinois.

Batch shipment service includes:

  • Customs broker fee
  • Local delivery costs

Additional Notes:

  • Batch shipment schedules are announced every 1–2 months.
  • Detailed timelines and procedures are shared once the batch is confirmed.
  • International transit: ±2 days
  • Customs handling & repacking: 1–2 days
  • Local delivery: 2–5 business days

Total estimated delivery time after departure: 5–7 business days

4. Plant & Product Packing Standards

General Packing Information

  • Custom packing requests can be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
  • The following methods represent our standard export packing procedures.

 

Aquatic Plants Packing

Bucephalandra

  • Plants are dried before packing
  • Packed individually in ziplock bags
  • Each pack is labeled with a unique ID

Cryptocoryne

  • Wrapped with moist paper towels
  • Sealed in ziplock bags to maintain humidity

Stem Plants

  • Packed directly into ziplock bags

Moss

  • Wrapped with moist paper towels
  • Packing method adjustable upon request

Terrestrial Plants & Plant House

  • Roots wrapped with sterilized sphagnum moss
  • Protected using dacron (synthetic cotton) to retain moisture and prevent damage

 

Dried Leaves

  • Packed per 100 grams
  • Fully dried, clean, and chemical-free
  • No insecticides or preservatives used

 

Coco Branch

  • Box size: 70 × 37 × 38 cm
  • Capacity: 60 branches per box
  • Branch length: 40–50 cm
  • Clean condition, free from dirt and debris
